I sent the pantanpak sign as a gift to a very dear friend. The sign reached quite late and it was curved from all sides and the tassels on the bottom were half broken. It was a gift and how it was received was a major disappointment. The quality is great and all but the miss handling and poor packaging ruined the experience. I won't buy again or recommend to anyone unless you fix your delivery process.
